The New Civil Code recognises the reasons for dismissal: "if the employee despite warning indicates drunkenness or other disorderly conductive behaviour '(Article 7:678 paragraph 2 c). Employees with an alcohol problem that negatively affects their structural function, risk dismissal on the spot. Conversely, too: an employer can be accessed on the responsibility of a great workplace. This includes how to deal with alcohol and work and the availability of alcohol at work.
