The New Civil Code recognises the reasons for dismissal: "if the employee despite warning indicates drunkenness or other disorderly conductive behaviour '(Article 7:678 paragraph 2 c). Employees with an alcohol problem that negatively affects their structural function, risk dismissal on the spot.
